Andy and the team at Porter's Neck are just phenomenal! I went to them with long term pain after back surgery. Not only was Andy so patient with my thousands of questions, he answered them all with great knowledge and advice. He makes sure to set you up with long term success, not just quick fixes. His pleasant and fun attitude made the sessions go by fast and enjoyable. He also really knows his stuff and keeps up to date on the newest techniques. I cannot recommend Andy and the team enough!

Andy got me back on my feet and back to my active lifestyle after I suffered a complete tear of my Achilles. The exercises and protocols he provided were excellent and his knowledge really set an accurate timeline and attainable goals. When I was nervous about progressing to more advanced exercises, he was there to guide me through and make me feel confident in my recovery. He was also there to hold me back when I got too self-assured. I never would have expected to be back running several times a week without the guidance of Andy in only 3 months time. His work is truly amazing!

So thankful to have Andy assist with my recovery from shoulder surgery during the COVID-19 pandemic. Andy is really great to work with. Super knowledgeable and explains everything so that one with no PT experience can understand. He provides easy and achievable stretching/exercise routines to keep the pain at bay. Highly recommend!
