I just went to Noma after I saw the menu at Food Lion where I work. They just reopened after renovations. The food, menu and employees are amazing! I ordered the Veggie flatbread and the bisque. Amazing! Unique items on the menu. I have been only twice but plan to go constantly as I live next door to them as well. I wish I could remember the kind and attentive employees names. I think he was David. I thought he was the owner as he was so professional. They all work as a team. Go! Thank me later.

Overrated. Ordered a turkey apple brie on ciabiatta. No gluten free bread but a roll. At 12.00 over priced especially when more bread than filling in the sandwich. We order a sandwich for the filling not the bread. In the days of low carb less bread is always better. Customer would have about this it they were fond of brie and it was a panini type of sandwich. Visiting from out of state. Would maybe try a salad next time.nnthe sandwich. This sandwich was cold would be alot better on croissant and as apanin panni panini as with brie you always bake it in the oven till it's nice and warm and creamy. I am a great cook hence the review.

I have ordered take out for lunch at least five times in the last two months and it’s always amazing. Highly recommend the mushroom beer burger. I order without the bun and a salad on the side. It’s so good I have a hard time making myself order anything else.

Place looked interesting and had descent reviews so I gave it a try. Ordered and paid online which made it simple to order and pickup. I ordered a special, Ravioli stuffed with Lobster with shrimp on top. It sounded really good, but pricey. The ravioli was a little more al dente that I prefer, the lobster filling and sauce was good, but the shrimp was way over cooked. They were on the smaller side, but gave you plenty. I put in a scheduled time to pickup, but fill like the order was already done a while before I got there since it was just warm. That could have been what happen to the shrimp, they continued to cook while sitting there. I also ordered the French onion soup, which was on point. Would have been much better to dine in. Will probably try again, but will definitely be dining in and not takeout.
