I visited JewelRecycle today for the first time. I was so pleased with the whole experience and the price they gave me for my gold. Even though more people came in she took her time and went through my jewelry thoroughly and explained what she was doing. In addition I had a name brand watch that I was able to sell at a fair price. I highly recommend their services.

Drove almost 2 hours to sell my unused gold jewelry. Read the reviews and talked to my neighbor who sold silver in the past and felt it was worth it for the drive. Jayne Ann was so helpful and gave me a great price. Will definitely be driving back to sell more in the future. No need to have items sitting around the house that I will not wear or use.

I was in the waiting area with 3 other people, all masked and respectfully distanced when I picked up one of the several “Wilma” magazines spread all over the room, and when I set it back down the woman (in the midst of a transaction) yelled at me across the business, to bring her the magazine I touched. I looked at her puzzled. Then she told me I had to take it with me. Bewildered, I just left without it. I did not conduct business here, however I should have touched something more valuable for a better door prize. Meanwhile I hope all the other customers get to take the chairs they are sitting in when they leave.

I have gone here many times to sell items and each time I had the privilege to have Jayne help me. She is honest and efficient and I always feel like I got a great price for all my items!!!! I drove 2 hours to be able to do business with Jayne at JewelRecycle and will do it again!!!
