Had a great time going and looking for books here today. The staff was very helpful and the selection of books was great. The store was laid out very well with a good selection of various genres. We ended up looking for almost an hour and we were already finding new things. We ended up purchasing there new titles. Checkout was easy, as they accept wireless payments. Very good experience.
Browsing the books makes me feel like a kid in a candy store... with a sweet tooth! The staff here is both friendly and knowledgeable. Worth the trip.
Very clean and great atmosphere.
I love the store. It is clean, well organized, and most the employees are very kind and helpful. Last night I witnessed one of the employees (Rachel B) being discriminatory towards a patron with a disability. I said something politely, but I feel like I should have done more and feel ashamed I didn't.
I called in to see if they had the December Issue of the Vogue Magazine. I realize that they had a lot of people calling in about that, but the man on the phone was rude about it. He said that Harry styles has been sold out since he came into the store in a rude tone. I love Barnes and Nobles but it just made me feel bad about calling and made me feel bad. Also, I went into the store several times in the same week, the day that they supposedly received the shipment of the magazines, the day after, and on Black friday. Each time they didn’t have them.
