I received quotes from a few different moving companies. Allied/Marathon was the most timely, and also offered the best price. The move itself was great. The movers were timely and did not damage anything. I also ended up paying the price that was originally quoted, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend using Allied/Marathon for moving!
Excellent communication throughout the move process. Efficient packing and loading, seamless unloading and reassembly. Made a stressful event go very smoothly.
Sales and coordination highly professional, courteous and responsive. Pick up- packing team punctual and professional. Delivery owner business owner, Levi excellent in all respects. The person he hired locally was good for most part but uncooperative and rude at one point in time. But honestly I was partially responsible as I was exhausted and lost patience with him. He would do well to be reminded that the customer paying $3000 deserves courteous service at all times. But he should not be penalized.
We were impressed by our driver Jay and both of his crews! Both the pick up and drop off were right on time and the guys handled all of our things with care. We will definitely use them again!
We have moved coast to coast and in between. This was our 6th move and no question the WORST move experience EVER.nnWeight underestimated so we had to ship in two loads; packing horrid; loading took almost 11 hours; Damaged 75” tv; lost hardware for furniture that can’t be replaced during Covid, if ever.... and we aren’t through unpacking yet.nnA NIGHTMARE.
