If you are ever in Higlands, NC make sure you do yourself a favor and stop by Highlands Fine Art & Estate Jewelry! The owners Joe and Claudia are two of the most pleasant people you could ever meet. They are so enjoyable to just stop by and have a conversation with. They offer an exquisite variety of beautiful items! There is something for everyone. If you visit once, you will want to visit again.
