I dropped off a brand new bracelet I had just purchased. They rubbed some of the coloring off of the bracelet an then told me it was already that way even though I literally just purchased the bracelet an it had no issues and also failed to take my links off my bracelet correctly...After picking my bracelet up from them the links they were suppose to fix broke again in two days. Would not recommend this jewelry store.
