Ms. Lori has been a blessing to work with. She set us up for a Mexico trip with our in-laws a few years ago- she worked quickly to get us the best rates and even navigated us through and emergency trip reschedule. We made sure to book our next trip through her as well. We booked days before the pandemic hit. She has worked with us through our obvious frustration at the travel delays and restrictions and has now rescheduled our party of 12 for the 2nd time. I 100% recommend working w/ Lori and Mann Travel in Statesville.
