I was happy with them until today. I changed my 5 star to 1 star.nnNot recommended to rent house listed by this agent. Gave notice the day before to enter the property TWICE (I proposed a different date the first time but didn't hear back from them). The second time for the same matter was just a notice letting me know they were coming next day and the time.nnYes, you were giving me 24 hours notice. But WHY not talk with me earlier to work out a time? It's not an emergency. You had a month in between to work this out or at least give me a heads up several more days in advance to let me arrange my day off. I already made it clear in the first time and showed my willingness to adjust my day off if you could let you know earlier.nnI don't trust people I don't know come in to the house especially during this COVID time. I need to be there. Not willing to reschedule or even ask me for a good time was unacceptable. I usually don't leave bad reviews. But this was repeating especially I already made it clear the first time. That made me angry. I am not angry because they were coming. I understand the visit is important to the landlord.nnAdditionally, I can't imagine if one day the landlord decided to sell and needs to show the house. How my life in this house could be interrupted to accommodate their schedule? Just can't imagine. Maybe they do good job to other tenant since they have a lot good reviews. I did think they were good until today. From my experience this time I am not so sure anymore.

We had the pleasure of working with Brenda Priddy from Lake Norman Realty long distance. Brenda was great at staging our home and sending pictures. She kept in touch with us on a weekly basis and was very thorough in her explanations of how the market in our specific area was behaving. She literally held my hand long distance through it all. She was able to locate the right people to help us get our house fixed and ready to sell. And we sold! Brenda knows the market and is truly a superstar. I highly recommend Brenda Priddy.
