I took my daughter to get her ears pierced today and I must say that the young lady that works there did a great job. She was very informative and answered every question I had asked her in a polite and respectful manner and Todd does an excellent job with piercing ears. He was quick and efficient. As someone who has had to have their ring sized several times over the course of the 4 years I have had it, I noticed my shank was getting very thin and when I needed it sized smaller the shank would only get thinner. (I know it’s from the constant wear but the sizing definitely played a part in it thinning so quickly) I took my ring into Wootens for the first needing it sized once again and I noticed as I was walking to my car that they made the shank thicker!! It was such an incredible surprise to see that my ring was no longer thin and at risk of breaking. And my ring fits perfectly.
