If you're looking for the best place to buy and have a gas fireplace installed- you've found it.nnA+ experience from start to finish. Larry and Justin are simply the dream team of gas fireplaces.
I can't seem to get a respond from NEHH. Work was not completed. I have called three times and sent two emails.
Today New England Hearth and Home installed a new fireplace enclosure I our home. Justin, who does most of the service and install work, did a wonderful job, clean and quick and perfecto,y executed. When he left the only evidence that he was here was our beautiful new enclosure.nThe entire experience of working with Larry the proprietor and Justin was a pleasure. Clear and accurate information about the available products, no pressure, polite and professional from start to finish. We got what we ordered for a fair price. If only other businesses were run like this!nHighly recommended.
We checked the RI stores and then decided to travel to New England Hearth and Home. The manager, Larry, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and presented by far the best quality gas stove at the best price. The owner, Gabe, gave the ok on the sale, without concern for travel distance. The installer, Justin, was polite, informative and completed neat, finished work. They were all first class professionals.
Great service. Larry the manager knows his stuff and was very helpful in guiding us through the process. The store is cozy and does not feel overwhelming. I would recommend this store for anyone looking to upgrade their fireplace. We had them insert gas logs and they did a great job.
