Eric was a life-saver when it came to getting me through and over my back injury! He provides a thorough explanation of what is going on with your body and what he is doing and why along with simple exercises to do at home. I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in good hands when we were going through manual therapy and really appreciated how professional and friendly Eric is. I am back to working out again and so happy and grateful I had Eric to get me through a painful couple of months!
