Love the prices and location but the cars and never clean and most smell and I always get a car that isn't full of fuel which causes a problem when returning it on a one way rental.

Kevin and Jules are the best! They are very nice and helpful. I never go anywhere else to rent a vehicle but to them. They are awesome all the way around!

Quick service, knowledgeable staff, easy pick up and drop off process. I even received 10% back as an Amazon gift card for connecting my account at registration (online). Vehicle wasn't what I picked out, but was a comparable make/model.

Did not call to advise having problems with their systems and could not issue rental. Wasted my time.

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. Worse place ever to rent a car ! I highly do not recommend!!! Needed a car for a few months and in the third month a person that only works 3 days out of the month* said she had to double charge my monthly rate because the system was down. I went back a week later and they said it was my bank holding the extra money my bank said no it's Budget doing it with budget on the phone ! And saidI could dispute it . A person from budget that I talked with on the 6th was supposed to call me back but never did instead they waited until my lease was almost up on the 25th to have one of their corporate bosses not even local call my 80 year old Grandmother in Louisiana harassing her . Then wait until I turn the car in yesterday- still two days early and charge me almost $2,000 extra dollars with out telling me . Then Charged me an additional $1000 today !!! Long story short go with Enterprise people or any one but Avis/Budget here in Mooresville!!!!
