I originally called to ask about their services and they explained to me that sending in an email with pictures was the most efficient manner in getting an accurate estimate. It took a few follow up calls but I eventually got my estimate. I brought in my car around closing time so they may begin working on it first thing in the morning. The rime was repaired and painted by 4pm the next day. Total was $125 but since I paid with credit card there was an additional $5 charge. The repair looks perfect. The black color match and gloss finish also looks perfect. I asked how long of a warranty they place on the paint they use and they said 1 year from any chipping, bubbling, or fading of the paint. They also told me to stay out of the car wash for about 2 weeks to prevent the car wash wheel cleaning chemicals from damaging the paint. They also told me that in general I should stay away from those harsh wheel cleaner chemicals. I will stick to just soap and water at the self wash bays. The one thing I will mention is to just make sure you check to see if your tire valve cover is missing. Mine was but they immediately found my original valve cover in their garage and put it back on. Overall the whole process was fairly quick and easy. They answered their phones every time I called. They could respond to their emails a bit faster but a quick phone call can get your questions answered on the spot. I'll post a follow up review after the wheel goes through one of our winters to see if there is any change on the paint.
