They don’t deserve one star , the store manager Glenn is very rude and very unprofessional. They are lazy because as soon as I enter the store they were sitting and eating breakfast. They Let me sit and wait there for fifteen minutes , I thought they were checking my car. Instead of that I waited there and then they send me back. When I came back after few minutes later , it was not even 5 minutes they called and told me that “they cannot perform” . I mean seriously are not you guys do these things everyday . And you cannot perform activity , I think they should fired the people who cannot perform or try to perform activity and only come for paycheck. Thanks god I did not open the commercial account with them . This was my first time using Sullivan tires. Please I will never recommend Sullivan tire in canton to anyone .

Had a wonderful visit this morning. Tire service and oil change. Customer Service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Completely screwed me left me down and out on the side of the road would not help me poor service bad policies go elsewhere at all costs
