We love Paradise Biryani pointe. Their staff has always been kind and efficient, whether it be through takeout or sit down. In the light of the pandemic, they have been even more wonderful through their pickup service. The food is delicious, and we have never been disappointed with anything we order. Our go-to favorites are currently their ginger chicken and chicken lollipop. Their Tandoori chicken with chilies is a DREAM.nnWhen ordering, expect great staff and excellent food. You can tell the owner and chef put their heart and soul into delivering customers a great meal. This is the best Indian restaurant in the New England region, as we have yet to find one that compares.

Horrible customer service. I would have given them negative if I could. Don’t place online orders for delivery. They show no responsibility when you place order online and they have the audacity to tell their customers that they were not present to pick up the order from the driver. So of the customers loses money, the restaurant doesn’t care because they don’t feel responsible. They don’t know how to speak politely to their customers and they just cut their customers call in the middle of the conversation. Very horrible customer service. I don’t think I will ever come back here.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. Horrible service and sub par food. I used to go there only for their biriyanis but honestly that is not worth their terrible attitude. And definitely expect a missing item when you dine in or take away from here. Or if you constantly have to follow up with the waiter about your order, they will serve you an entirely different item and claim that that is what you ordered!!nAlso, don't even try to order online. They will claim that their system isn't working and that they never received your order so you will have to wait an additional hour for your food or go home hungry.nPlease avoid this place if possible
