I go here almost everyday. The lines are always horrible in the morning because of all the employees wanting to go. The space is so tiny no one can get around (workers or customers). They are always swamped so no smiles at all. I tried to go to the order ahead system because the line is so insane and it worked for a while but they are so busy and not enough staff (or room for them) that they dont get the orders very quickly (even though they are running) and they never ever ever get my donuts! Ever!!! I have to ask every single time so much so the manager knows and has to instruct them to get it but it never changes. Then when I ask (except the manager who is very pleasant) they act annoyed like I am interuppting them. They need to fix this system.

Clean friendly but expensive
I ordered a small Hot coffee with milk & sugar & a shot of espresso w/a side of hash browns. I know you don't get a lot of hash browns but at least fill the bag and save the burnt broken pieces for the trash bin. No milk, no sugar no smile. I am very tired but was polite. ...it seemed to me that they don't start serving you until your tip hits the cup & your service is based on that amount. ( approx. 35 years in customer service with UPS Management Training, and food service exp. As well)
