I love the Enka-Candler Library. I've been coming to this library location for years. It's such a chill place. When you walk in the door there's a huge children's area. To the left are computers available to use at no cost. The book selection is vast. The people who work here are really helpful and super nice. Some of them have been here for a number of years.nThey have programs to participate in but, I'm afraid that I'm not familiar with them. In the past few years, I've been borrowing books from the library using an app called Libby. You just enter your library card and you can read library books using your smart device. It's really great!nOf course they're handicap compliant and Covid conscious.nIf you like reading, drop by the Enka-Candler Library. They even have some picnic tables out front so you can hang out and read!
The recent expansion and renovation of the Enka-Candler Branch Library has made a great place even better.
Love taking the children here, they get excited about all the books on display and choosing then checking out their own books. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I don't find it crowded, I like the cozy atmosphere.
Great little library with friendly and helpful staff. Storytime is always very fun and I highly recommend it!
