Shop there all the time , I look around and find great deals on all kinds of things, I talk with the staff which I know well by now and they are all very nice and helpful and overall willing to work with anyone on a purchase - good people! You have to understand on pawning or selling items these people can't just give you what you want , they have a boss who is in the business to make a profit not break even - also pawn shops are very important to the unfortunate and middle class, times get tough and you need help go see the crew at Alan's pawn shop tunnel road - Patton Avenue is the same just talk with them GOD BLESS EVERYONE

Called earlier today looking for a hardshell case, she told me the brand/model and price.nnWhen i looked up item on google i was excited because it was a good deal...nnI thought to ask about condition, however i figured for the price it had to be decent.nnWell when i got there i was shown the case and half of the latches were broken,nnIt doesnt latch down all the way, the man exclaimed...nnWell, you dont think its appropiate to inform me that you are attempting to sell me a broken item.. Wasted my time and gas. Gas costs money. I offered a good price for a severely broken me.

Unpleasant experience every time I come there.nYou can’t buy something there without getting ripped off and you certainly can’t sell something without getting a bad feeling. One employee named Vontie is a good one. She’s only one I think is decent and honest
