David Stevens was my landlord as of today. He showed up at my house unannounced and was caught peeking through my window. As he was confronted and asked to leave he laughed and sat on the front of his car and lite a cigar. My wife called the cops out to make a report and nothing was done because it was our word against his. Prior to that he brought a cop to our house just so he can measure filters and never brought back a filter one after he reminded us for the first time to change them...so unannounced he the next day brought the officer out. We said we would change them because we have kids but he barged himself and the officer in the next day anyway. So now he has had a lawyer call and give us 3 days to vacate the property by the 1st of November. My wife and I with our children were put out of a home that rent was paid every month because of this man's ego and perversions.

David and Cheryl are wonderful to work with. Great help with finding and purchasing our home. Had a problem after purchase was done with an alarm code. It was a holiday weekend and David took time out to help us out. Very helpful.
