It's a flea mkt. Lots of people re-selling stuff. It's a fun way to spend a couple of hours. Be warned you have to park along the highway. We got there at 7:30 a.m. and all the off road parking had been long gone. So be ready to walk a lot just to get to where your going to walk a lot. They do have portable bathrooms, that was a blessing. Pretty hot and humid but it was August and you are in the bottoms. I had a good time and bought some wall art. I recommend everyone should experience this at least once
