It is clean fairly safe and also plenty of bus options there as well.

Really cleaned up and nice today! I enjoyed passing through.

Nice station with overhangs over the platforms to protect you from the intense sunlight or extreme cold, especially because trains don't run frequently down here. Also provides excellent connections to the adjoining busways. An A++ station for being this far from downtown Boston.
