We had an incredible buying experience here! All of the staff was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were never pushy and were all down to earth good hearted people who worked with us to get us into a perfect car for our family! They were also incredible with our kids while we were filling out paperwork- going out of their way to talk to them, joke with them, and even provided them with water and snacks. This was a wonderful experience and they will definitely have our business in the future!
If any of you are looking for a new vehicle, you have got to go see Tim Roland at Dossett! He was the best person I could have asked for to be my salesman. He was really nice and sociable. He didn't rush me or try to talk me into buying things I didn't need. He even sat in the car with me for almost an hour going over everything in my car with me. I do not remember anybody else doing that for me! My car had to be delivered to the lot, and he always kept in touch to update me on the status. It's a rare find to go to a dealership and not have people swarming around you like a bunch of vultures and try to sell you everything left and right and then ignore you unless your talking about making a deal. That's why I went back to Dossett Big 4, and why I will always go back to Dossett Big 4! They treat you like a person and family, not just a one time business deal. Thank you so much, Tim!
Best dealership I have ever been too. Tim was an honest salesman. Got us in the vehicle we liked didnt try to sell us something we weren't happy with. Spent time with us going over different vehicles we were interested in. Top notch sales and service with a smile. We had been to other local dealers even some dealers hrs away. Dossett was by far the best. Came back few weeks later ended up buying from Tim. Great place to do business with couldn't be happier. Thanks Dossett and thanks again Tim. I was a drive-in service. The service writer told me how long it would be and they were actually a bit faster. The job was well done and the price was excellent.
Perry was very helpful and communicated well about my vehicle. However, I was very disappointed being told the owner did not want to get involved with repairing my vehicle. I wasn’t given a clear explanation so I took as not being able to bring my auto there for any future business.
