I pulled into town And thought I heard a noise in my front end. I knew I needed a front end alignment but my truck's wheel base is longer than most which forces it require special equipment. I called this dealership and a young man by the name of Dylan told me he was booked for the next 5 days, but was concerned for my safety on the road. He offered that if I wanted to come up and just sit and wait in hopes that there would be a cancelation, I was welcome to do that.nnI did and Dylan kept checking on me, keeping me informed, But as the day wore on it was obvious that this is a popular establishment :).nnI really needed it taken care of that day and asked him if there was anyone he would recommend. Dylan told me of a mechanic he knew who was professional and honest. I did take his advice and was pleased to find exactly what he said I would find.nWhen a place like Mitchell takes the time to hire someone the caliber of Dylan, it let's you know that servicing the customer is foremost on their minds.nI would not hesitate to return when next in town. Absolutely wonderful people at Mitchell's!

The salesmen don't have no information about the vehicles. He has to look up everything. He comes out with no knowledge of the price of two cars which are the same, no sense of milage or why one is price higher than the next. He also needed a mask because he had a bad cough.
