I was thinking to a guy named Jason about a Tahoe, iv been taking to him since Thursday and we came up with a deal and I told him I was coming Monday. I called him yesterday and comforted I was coming from Oxford in the morning. This morning as I’m walking out to get in the car he called and said a guy that works there said he was getting it , Jason said he asked the guy Friday what he wanted to do and he said sell it but this morning he changed his mind. They have lost my business forever some people might call me a baby but I don’t do business with car lots like that. He should have told him I’m sorry but I have a guy coming and that he should have made his decision Friday before I said I was coming
I’ve known the Nolan family my entire life. They have always been more than fair to me. You won’t find better customer service anywhere else. They will listen to your needs and always do their best to keep you comfortable for the long haul. Not to mention, buying my vehicles through them has helped my credit TREMENDOUSLY. I was recently able to purchase my first home because of this. 5 out of 5 stars. Don’t waste your time at the bigger dealerships where you’re just another number. Be loyal to this local business and they will be loyal to you.
