Just terrible, be prepared to stay all day when you go, Court was set to start at 1 and the judge didn’t show up until 2 then they made everyone get up and exit the courtroom only to re-enter through a metal detector in which police officers made those that had phones take them to their cars. I didn’t have a problem with the no phone policy, but for court to be scheduled to begin at 1, judge not showing up on time and then not starting The court until 3 that is a problem.
Today, I was part of the so-called legal system in Starkville, MS. During my testimony, the officer testifying for the prosecution was talking and laughing with the prosecuting attorney. The officer’s version of the story was taken at face value. My daughter and I were accused of lying under oath. Officer David Fair, you may have won your case today, but you and the prosecution were wrong.
