Used Pipelines a few different times over the last 11 years, including on the gut renovation of kitchen and bathroom. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to work with.
I was in need of getting a quote quickly- I called and they responded by email, while they were still on vacation! As soon as they got back, they came right out, looked at the scope of work needed (significant amount of work in an old brownstone); they emailed me right back and let me know they could not fit me in their schedule until later in the fall. Their honesty and quick response was so appreciated- it's rare to find that kind of honesty and quick response in this industry today. They are respectful and quick in responding and extremely honest- high integrity company and highly recommended. Dan
We hired Pipelines on recommendation from a trusted neighbor to install a leaky garbage disposal, then rehired them a month later to install a water heater. Cath is very responsive and detailed with her recommendations. Kevin & Tonia, did both installs, were courteous and professional. We'll be hiring Pipelines again for future plumbing needs.
They are very smart and take the time to listen to you and come when they say. Several of them are female plumbers-- a refreshing change from the stereotype.nThey are not cheap, but good plumbers never are.
