Fake or contaminated prescriptions. I have picked up medications that had the wrong appearance and wrong effect. Some have written in information instead of computer generated.nnI tried discussing with management. It was a complete failure. They did not care about my health or my complaint. I found their reaction to be defensive and hostile, rather than caring and concerned.

I have used Fenway Health Pharmacy for more than 3 years and have to say that the service of this pharmacy is the best one I have ever experienced. The pharmacy staff are so nice and they are not only professional but extremely friendly, and patient.

Great customer service,and they deliver too! I’ve been coming here for health care for about 6 years and I’ve never been disappointed-great nurses and doctors.

They are the best all the time! The staffs are super professional and helpful, they were always trying to help me in the best way they could even during the time I had trouble with my insurance, and I don't know how to be more grateful for their kindness and help. They basically saved my life in some degree.
