Was @ER for 6 hrs, validate my ticket and paid$30 and the guy at the parking entrance was very rude and unprofessional, he took my ticket plus my debit card to put in the paying machine me telling him he was putting the debit card the wrong way he had the audacity to say no it because I didn’t have money in the card! Like for real? And worse they don’t give you a receipt! Very tide and difficulty to drive in the parking garage,very small space and narrow! Not to say $5 per hr with validation! Got a star because it is the lowest ti be giving but deserves no star at all!!

Best parking for Bidmc. Be sure to get your ticket validated by the guard desk before paying.

Got a 5 day parking pass for $35. Well worth it. If you're here for more than 2 hours you can get your ticket validated.

Love this parking structure always clean, always seems to have parking. love that you can buy a 5-day pass and it's not bad price considering that the city. I always Park here when I have to come into Boston. highly recommended

Incredibly tight turns and parking spaces, but the rate isn’t bad if you get validation and the staff was always nice and friendly.
