The service was good and the resort itself pretty nice. Only two issues. 1. The owners need to update the presidential units. Ours was spacious but had grandma furniture and peeling paint on the cabinets. They try to play it off as distressed but it doesn't work. 2. Because of covid-19, occupancy is limited. So why did they put a family with noisy children directly above us when the rest of the building was vacant? We would all enjoy our time together more without the constant noise from above.

We stayed in the presidential. There was a nasty storm that occurred recently, but the interior was not effected. These would have been nice when they first opened, but are in some serious need of cosmetic touch ups. Our unit had not been cleaned. Carpets had stains. Counter tops had burn marks on them. Back of our bathroom door looked super dusty and dirty. We had no shower liner in which another unit in our party had one. Corners of the room had what looked like pubes. Dishes were not clean. Refrigerator had grape stems in there from the last tenant here. Food was still in the sink. Didn’t look like anyone had seriously cleaned it at all. Really disappointed. Would have given no stars if it were an option. I would recommend looking at another “resort” in Branson.
Handicapped accessible rooms are excellent and why we always stay with Holiday Inn Club Vacations Resorts.
Love the place, quote and just off main Branson.
