Easy check in and no pressure from the sales staff.
Very nice, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. I so enjoyed my stay with my family!!
Gentleman at front desk was nice. He provided plenty of info for local attractions. The was ready and clean, and no issues during our stay.
Great place to stay with my wife
This is a great place, the staff here are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The reason for it not being a 5 star rating is the cleaning crew. They need to get better at checking their work, we had to move because the room we were in was filthy, the bathroom sinks were so gross, they still had dried toothpaste on the faucet and there were hairs in the sink. It was also very dusty and the bed sheets had stains on them, I pulled back the sheet to look at the mattress pad and it had a yellow stain! The next room we went to was much cleaner but whoever was in there before us had dropped chips under the end table and they were still there, very visible. It just makes you wonder what else they miss that you can't see. But like I said at the top of this rating the staff made it right and apologized and were very accommodating. We really appreciated their attitude towards the situation. We would stay here again.
