Kim at the SSM facility is amazing! She is quick, thoughtful and helpful. She asks if we need a wheelchair and brings it to us. She is always smiling and pleasant!
I visited Carmines Steakhouse on Saturday October 24th and received exceptional service. I actually showed up with my family before valet services were even offered. The valet attendant ( I believe his name was Gary or maybe Jerry) came in and asked if he could park my car because I was parked in two spaces. I had been having issues with a tire for a few days and explained to him there was a screw in it and that I had AAA on the way to repair it. And without hesitation he said he could fix it by plugging it before he even started his shift and that it would only take 5 or 10 minutes.. I was so thankful to him and was able to cancel my AAA service call. So quite naturally I wanted to tip the man, and he said don't worry about it and just do me a favor! When the chance arises do something nice for a stranger and then we will be even! So for those of you that are weary of using valet services, you have nothing to worry about with Clayton Valet Services. And thanks again!
Thursday October 15th, Kim the valet attendent did not hesitate to help me obtain a wheel chair and escorted me to my doctor's office in the South building at Dr Paul Hosiptal. She made my visit less stressful and comfortable. I really appreciate her non-judgement attitude as she made adjustments to help me. Kim is a professional and I hope this company appreciate her!
Yesterday, at Depaul HospitalnThis Valet named Kory Smith was excellent with assisting me on helping me get out my wheel chair and walker before me asking . Great greeting and also when it was time for him to return my car he actually RAN for my car too as he returned under a minute and made sure to say bye and fully open and close our doors for us! Such a Gentleman! Thank you for having him apart of your company and he is great what he brings to the table! Too bad he will be leaving soon for his new journey in the military but again! Thank you Kory and Clayton Valet
