I ran in to pick up a few items I purchased offline.. store was completely empty.. I had to wait for employee to come up from back of store. Slowly! He finally made it and I had everything ready for him to get my items.. as hes getting my items, someone walks in that he knew, he stopped helping me to go chat and help him!! I was livid!! Are u kidding me!!?? I was there 1st! And it's not like he walked in same time as me! Very RUDE!! had you asked me if u could take him real quick, I probably would have said go ahead.. but u didn't, u literally just stopped helping me to help him!! Learn some customer service!! I believe he may have been the owner!!
Occasionally had hard to find bourbon. Prices aren't the best
Super friendly staff! The place is extremely clean and organized. They carry a wide variety of items. It's a perfect little quick stop! The owners are wonderful people and give incredible customer service. Will return again very soon!
Worker was extremely nice when I tried to pay a bill. Although the system did not work the worker really tried different ways to try and process my card. The store closed in 15 mins he still stayed open to try and help me. He apologized he was not able to process but appreciated the extra mile he went to try and help.
I stopped in while out that direction which is 45 minutes from my home to grab a pack of cigs and a scratch off a $3 bingo to be exact and finally won $6 and went to turn it in at a station near my home and the clerk said to me that my ticket was not registeredand i would have ti take it back where i bought it from which i dont go often to turn it in . i then went to the mo lotto quarters and they tried to contact this place and no answer of course which these people just have to push a few numbers in and then i can turn in my ticket . i have called a number of times during buisness hours and have gotten no answer and why should i think they should answer when they are not even compatint enough to fo their job such as something as simple as scaning a ticket which scanner is provided for them. Looks like i still lose cause im not wasting gas yo drive out there for $6 but it has me disturbed and has rubbed me wrong
