I work near here 2 days/ week. On a Monday I thought one of the diamonds in my wedding ring was loose, so I stopped in Neustaedters. Yep; one was loose. The way I was being treated by Rich made me feel like I could trust them with my beloved ring, so I decided to let them do the repairs. I inquired when it would be ready and was told Friday. I was very disappointed because that meant I couldn’t pick it up until the following Monday. Sensing my uneasiness, they asked me when I would be back in the area. I told them Wednesday. They said that they would get it done by Wednesday and they did! My ring looks fantastic but even better, they took a personal approach and returned my ring when it was convenient for me. They have my business!!!!! Great jeweler and incredibly nice people. I am a very happy customer !!!

Neustaedter's is in my opinion the only place to go in Saint Louis for jewelry. They truly understand the importance of family, unlike those big chains, which is why I trust them with heirloom jewelry. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

This is the 2nd time I have been to Neustaedter’s and it has been amazing. I took a ring in to be sized- and had been told by other jewelers that it could not be done due to the setting but Neustaedter’s was able to do the sizing and it’s perfect!! Thank you!! I will be back!

Amazing experience! From the first initial visit Mariah was very attentive to exactly what I was looking for in an engagement ring. Over the next 4 visits she remained patient and made the whole process easy and fun while also educating me on benefits of different diamonds.
