Took my favorite gold necklace in to have the fastener repaired this past week and was really pleased with the service and attention given. Both gentlemen who helped me were really polite and friendly and I was able to get my fastener fixed right then and there....without having to leave it or come back at another time. I hope to return for their great service in the future for my other repairs, and possible purchase (!) needs, too!

Customer service was on point! Went in seeking for some garnet pieces. I didn't really have an idea of what I wanted. Just something with garnet since it's my birthstone. THEY HAD SO MANY GREAT PIECES!!! The staff was so helpful and very kind. They most certainly know what they are doing!

From the moment I walked in the door, Al made me feel very at ease. He could tell I was a little nervous as I had not gone into a store like Al's before so he took extra care and time to explain everything to me.nnHe calmly explained that the pieces I brought in to sell would not fetch much if they were scrapped and I would be better off selling them to my friends or on an online marketplace. He was just so kind and it was evident that he genuinely wanted to help me. I am so grateful I happened to walk into their store that day and got the chance to meet wonderful people like Al and AJ.nnI would recommend Jewels on Hampton to anyone who likes great customer service and one of a kind jewelry for all budgets!

I had such a wonderful experience! Al and his team were so great! They made me feel welcomed from the second I walked into the store. We had great conversations while looking for my engagement ring. Very knowledgeable and patient with me. I highly recommend supporting this small business!

I’m very proud to post this review about my experience at Jewels on Hampton. Al and AJ, father and son owners are very cordial and welcoming. Did not feel rushed, pressured or had any tactics used to persuade me. I sold a bracelet I didn’t wear often and got a very nice fair market value.nnThis review isn’t about the value of the sale but more so on the nice family operating here for 10 years. They put a watch battery for free for me which was unexpected. That was super nice.nnWhy come here. Great service yes. Fair market value yes. Best part, you’ll be supporting locally owned black owned business which feels awesome. Made my day putting money into my hometown and into hard working black business owners. That alone is reason enough to go support these guys. Thank you boys for a nice experience. Pleasure meeting you guys.nnSupport local black business!
