Wonderful gem of a store, unique jewelry, fantastic owners and more than fairly priced. I admire this place and have recommended more friends to them.
I am a repeat customer of James Durbin, I own several of their designer Roger Rimel's pieces, including several earrings and a bracelet. Sometimes I just stop in to the store just to chat, and see what's new. They pay attention to my style and will give me a heads up if there is a piece that they think I would like. Very friendly customer service and I get so many compliments when I wear my jewelry from there.
They made a custom piece for me, and I am VERY pleased with it. They took great care to make sure it was just what I wanted. Tracy is always so helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a jeweler that has lovely pieces combined with small town friendliness, this is the place for you.
My wedding ring became stuck on my finger so I came in and Tracey helped me get it off. We had to cut it, unfortunately. She soldered it back together and it looked beautiful. I also brought in a loose diamond from my mother in law and asked that they make a ring setting for it. It turned out beautifully and exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be returning in the future!
Jim and Martha are fantastic to work with. They show great understanding and interest in your selection and were able to guide me to something my wife raved about (I'm a hero). Their quality and unique designs are fabulous.
