Jim and his staff are very knowledgeable, and very helpful without being pushy. We have made many purchases and have always received good value for our money. We wish Jim all the best in his well-deserved retirement and hope he enjoys it for many years to come. Susan and the rest of the staff will also be missed, we wish them the best in the future.

Impeccable quality, fabulous people and the best customer service. I adore Summa Jewelers and the careful curation of their beautiful merchandise. Personal service. Extremely knowledgeable professionals. Not pushy. More focused on what the customer really wants.nnI've used two of their services. The first is appraisal...for my home owner's policy. All done timely, excellent paperwork for the insurance people.nnSecond, I wanted a custom piece made for my son-in-law. We started from scratch, wound up with a really cool pendant that will become a family heirloom. Great process from start to finish.
