I will always recommend Jessika and Alyssa!! They have always done amazing!! They are incredibly courteous and caring to what their clients are looking for with each and every haircut. They are very easy to talk to and love a good challenge. Schedule an appointment and see for yourself!!
I was a first time walk in and the experience I had exceeded all expectations. My stylist was Corey, she was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to be around. She cut my hair, gave a great shave, hot towel, washed my scalp, and lined my neck in very good time. Should much so that I even had time for the scalp and neck message. She also did exactly what I was wanting, I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The place was also very clean, the waiting area has comfortable seating, and they’re currently following the mask/social distancing guidelines. The experience was pleasant and relaxing. I will definitely be returning!
Definitely recommend! Jessika was a pleasure to work with and very easy-going. I'm glad we gave Lady Jane's a chance; we will be going back without a doubt.
The manager that runs this location is so rude! I had a bad experience at this store and as I'm explaining the problem to the manager all she kept doing was cutting me off as I was speaking, saying oh my God, cussing at me, kept saying it wasn't her problem and wouldn't give me the regional managers email or phone number. She is very unprofessional and shouldn't be the manager.
Jessika is amazing, she is truly a professional and is a awesome person, definitely going back, my whole family walked out looking great, the hair cuts are top notch,lady janes whole staff seems to be on the A game.
