Liberty High School

First class administration, teachers, and staff. We have two kids here now and two on the way. Clean and safe environment with resource officer on premise. Some constructive criticism: I do hear from my kids a lot that many of the teachers bring their political biases into the classroom. Where my belief is that there should be a fair and balanced representation. Overall very happy here.

The principals are absolutely stupid with letting all of these kids go under their noses with drugs and they don't realize it! They think 10 kids in the school are doing drugs when really it's close to the whole school! Not to mention the poor performance by the football team like seriously I feel bad for the players because of how bad the head football coach is and it's like they refuse to fire him for some reason. Not to mention kids parents are paying coaches to let their son start and that goes with all sports in this school! The bullying is unbelievable to! I've heard about multiple people threatening to shoot up the school! The only upside is the teaching where the learning is actually pretty good but there are few lazy teachers! Plus the disrespectful kids their who seem to be more snobby than private school students! And their are kids going to the teacher's lounge during class getting food and drinks! Not to mention kids roaming around the hallways and doing drugs in the bathrooms during class as well! All in all this school would be great if they could get a grip on some things like the drug problem, bullying, hiring teachers who actually want to teach, and firing thee head football coach and get a new one!

This school sucks. If you want your kids to get an education without being bullied consider another high school. The kids here are privileged jerks. There's been several kids commit suicide due to bullying here. They don't consider it bullying, it's a disagreement between friends. TERRIBLE COUNSELORS!!!!!! HORRIBLE PRINCIPALS!!!!!! Worst high school in the district.

This school is pretty good. You'll have a generally pleasant experience, as the building is newly constructed and clean. The educational standard is generally high, as a large portion of students have a GPA of 4.0 or higher and score well on EOCs. Some of the school staff requires reconfiguring but it's only natural as the school is only 4 years old. Most of the kids aren't trashy, as the schools enrollment area sits at around a middle to upper middle class income range. The school's demographics are mostly caucasian with a decent population of minorities. There's not too much violence/drug related activity especially when compared to other Missouri High Schools. Overall, it's a great school to attend and some perceived problems with the school may just be a projection of an individual's poor choices. First and foremost it's a school.
