Stayed for a night and the experience was great. The staff were very friendly. Answered all our questions. Stayed in a suite and it was large. The bed was super comfortable. The jacuzzi was good, although the jets did not work, it was still nice! Will definitely be coming back for extra days instead of 1 night.nnThe hotel is under renovations, so if you are someone who does not want to deal with that, then I suggest you don't go.nOther than that, overall the experience was good!!
Looks like renovations have been going on forever. Room was decent but lacking anything special. Hallways not done, weird smell throughout hallways. No ice machine on our floor. Wish we had known it was under construction. Very noisy people around us.
Yes the hotel is currently under renovations. No it didn't take away from my experience.nnYes it's a grab and go breakfast with limited choices - Covid. Most all hotels are doing this. Don't like it? Don't have to have it.nnI book the same room each time I stay. The gentleman that works the front desk has amazing customer service skills. My room is always clean, and welcoming.
Stayed one night on the third floor. Hotel is under construction but our room was completely clean with new carpet and fresh paint. Great rate for a Friday night too!
Room is filthy- dusty furniture and dead bugs along the walls/behind the curtains. One of the beds was made with some kind of food or grainy stuff in it. The indoor pool is heated like a hot tub and the actual hot tubs water was a putrid green. The hotel is under construction (which I did not know when I booked - that was a fun surprise) and the halls stink of cigarettes. The overnight staff member has been very nice but wowzers. I do not recommend.
