Christine has been my go to hair goddess for several years! I’m always impressed and happy with the results! Booking my appointments with Christine is something I look forward to every few months and my hair has never looked so good!

The Balayage Bar has been my go to for getting my hair to looks it’s best for the last 4 years. Christine listens to what you want and guides you in the right direction to either lighten or darken your hair with out damaging it. My hair has never been longer and blonder! I just recently darken it back to a medium brown and as usual I am very happy with the results. Also, the salon is super cute with a bunch of real plants with a beach bungalow vibe!

anyone with long hair knows how much time it takes to grow and how precious it is to you! especially in anticipation for my wedding i had been growing my hair out for almost two years, and was very particular about who i would let touch my hair. right after moving to boston i went to a well known, well rated salon to get a trim and color, and that salon didn't listen to what i wanted, chopped my beautiful long hair and completely butchered the blonde. needless to say i was completely devastated and cried (literal tears) until i found @the.balayage.bar, christine fit me into her crazy busy schedule, listened to me cry about my recent salon horror story and reassured me she could make my wedding hair dreams come true, and O M G did she ever! now the only tears i'm crying are happy tears, i truly can't thank you enough, as i told you today i literally owe you my life. if you're in boston and need your hair done i cannot stress how amazing christine is!nni had three appointments with christine, a consultation, trim and color, and extension installation and trim. in addition to being an amazing stylist christine is so fun to hang out with and talk to! i have never had hair extensions and have only dyed my hair twice in my life, so needless to say i had no idea what this process looked like, but christine made it super easy to understand. through the entire process christine checks in with you to understand exactly what you want and execute your vision. after coming off such a terrible experience with another salon christine made me feel really heard and understood. i have a million more good things to say about her but i'll leave it at that!
