Good place to have your good stuff cleaned
Quality dry-cleaning at reasonable prices.
I took my son's Letterman Jacket for cleaning. I was told that there was a small possibility of some slight bleeding of red color on to the white patches. When I went to pick up the jacket, the jacket was no longer bright red and white, but brick red and pink. The leather sleeves were no longer smooth and shiny, but were sticky. I was heartbroken due to the extreme damage to an irreplaceable, expensive, and unique reward for my son's hard work. The staff was totally unsympathetic and did not offer any sort of refund, and would not release the jacket to me unless I paid the cleaning fee, as well. They may be OK for simple cleaning of your ordinary items, but DO NOT take leather there.

My memories from Forum Cleaners are full of good customer service, and even negotiating a price down when there was confusion.nTo summarize, I paid ~$36 for dry cleaning a suit vest, 2 complete suits, a wool pea coat, and a white dress (all dirty spots were removed).nAll leather goes to a place in STL, and they said that Forum Cleaner's service fee was very modest compared to others. Throughout the service for my leather jacket, Forum Cleaners kept me in the loop and even put me in contact with the specialist in STL.nNote that I've no experience with Forum's alteration services, only dry cleaning. I plan to return to Forum not just because it is family-owned, but also because of the phenomenal customer service--just make sure you talk to the manager!
