I love going to the dentist! This practice is wonderful: clean, pleasant, attractive. And that’s just the space! Dr. Kwak is a miracle — fast, painless, careful, kind. Funny! Every technician and staff member is also top drawer—pleasant, efficient, helpful. Who would ever have thought I’d look forward to visiting the dentist? I do now. Thank you to everyone at Brookline Progressive.

Update****nnI have been scared of the dentist since I was a little girl, and my visits with Dr. Kwak are the rare moments That I’ve felt safe and well taken care of in the dentist chair. Dr. Kwak is amazing. She takes the time to get everything right and you can tell she truly enjoys and takes pride in her work. I had a crown done and she turned a very unpleasant situation into a great one. She assured me that she was using the highest quality materials. As a lady that takes pride in my appearance, who wants to skimp on your dental treatments? Definitely not me. I would recommend Brookline Progressive to anyone in search of a dentist that has any anxiety.nnMy hygienist was so thoughtful and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable and well informed about everything that she was doing. The office staff is helpful and pleasant.

First, I would like to say I agree with the cleanliness of the office. Very welcoming environment so I gave it 2 stars. As far as professionalism regarding “Dr. Kwak” she is very unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate and flat out disrespectful. I over heard her speaking down to one of her hygienists in a demeaning manor, I was so happy to see the hygienist stick up for herself. Kudos to her ud83dudc69ud83cudffd‍⚕ufe0f I will never return back to that dysfunctional office. They tried over pricing me and recommended way too much unnecessary work to rip me off. I’ll spend my money else where. That office is a mad house. Only a matter of time before Dr. Kwak gets hit with a lawsuit ud83euddb7ud83dudc68ud83cudffb‍ud83dudcbc
