Great location. Some appliances are crappy but it’s manageable. Walls are really thin. I still love it here though. Best place to live as a sophomore in my opinion.

I have very much enjoyed my experience living at University Park Apartments. I enjoy the close proximity to campus, all the additional features that are offered by maintenance, the clubhouse and the shuttle system. my only suggestion would be cheaper rent but I know that isn't all that flexible!

Close to campus, maintenance workers always very helpful and you are surrounded by friends. Lax kids upstairs are kinda noisy tho

I actually really love UP! Conveniently close to campus, the RA's are friendly but you still feel like a grown adult (meaning, they're not all up in your business). Plus the clubhouse is a good place to study (gotta love the free soda fountain!).
