I am very pleased to be an patient at the women health clinic I have been going here for awhile now the staff is very nice and friendly... If I have any questions or concerns. I like the Patients Portal I can send a message to the nurse practitioner it's very great.

Your service at the front desk depends on the day. A lot of the time you are stuck with a monotone, uninterested woman as soon as you walk in. Getting out of the waiting room isn't an issue but once they stick you in am exam room prepare to wait another 30-45 minutes to be seen. Not fun if you have to bring any young children with you to the appointment. The doctors and nurses all seem very nice. Nice enough to earn this review an extra star. The office is very nice, brand new and clean.

Once this nightmare of a visit is over, I'll never be back. I have terrible anxiety about the gynecologist anyway, so I hadn't been in a decade. I finally mustered up the courage to go, and am not remotely happy with the practice. Being new to the area, I chose this provider because they seem to be the only ones in town- every single office is affiliated with Chesapeake Health in some way. The appointment itself was fine, but I had some things going on that required further testing. I can see that the results have been sent to the provider, but so far no one has been able to review them and tell me anything. I've called them at least a dozen times today trying to get answers, and am just told that the provider is busy and can't review the results. Surely there is SOMEONE who can do this and give me answers. I understand that they are busy- so am I. However when someone is waiting on life and death information, it would be super nice to be able to have someone give you those results. This is why I despise the doctor's office, and why I'd risk my health rather than go back.

Called today to reschedule an appointment that's over 2 week's away. Was told I would have to wait until November 9th of 2018. Are you kidding kidding me?? 2 years without a Pap Smear. Wasn't offered another Doctor. I think this is nuts. Been going to this office for years. I'll be looking for another Doctor now.
