Everyone is so understanding. There's a lot of concern for your health. The staff really make you feel better when you walk in. Thank You so much. I am always ask how did you feel the next day after your therapy

Pivot has been helping me with lower back pain for the past 4 weeks. Really good people and understanding staff. Appointment times are flexible and if you cant make it just call. Everyone is down to earth.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Pivot in Berlin.nIt starts when you open the door. The receptionist and secretary, Kathy, is very personable and also efficient.nThen you meet the therapist, Steve, Leanne, Stephanie who are all magnificent and knowledgeable in their own field of expertise.nSteve has done wonders with my back and sciatic following my surgery. Everyone is so great ! We have been taking our son Ryan for 3 years . Our son is disabled in a wheelchair. Steve and Leanne have help more so many mountains these past 3 years . Ryan is walking with assistant of walker. He love the pivot crew. Ryan does aqua 2 times a week . Thank you guys for all the love and hard work you put in to your patients!
