What a great experience it was to get my oil changed.!! The employees were very knowledgeable and pleasant. I sat in my car as they did the oil change , which was a first for me.....loved the experience all around. Being from New Jersey , I wasn't used to the personal attention which Valvoline provides.nThank you guys in Salisbury. I will return.!!!

This was my first time using a service like this, and I was incredibly impressed. The guys who helped me were informative and polite, and thoroughly discussed all maintenance with me (What should be changed and whats looking alright). They made sure to show or tell me why any other service should be considered (like how dirty my air filter was...). While the basic oil change was a bit more expensive than I anticipated, the service was beyond exceptional. With the politeness and convenience I experienced today, I will most definitely be using this service again. Thank you guys for your hardwork!
