Great experience at Glenville Terrace. Repair took less than a week and came out great. I don't know they were so fast because they're that good or because business has been slow because of Covid, but either way I would recommend this body shop to anyone.
A friend recommended Glenville Terrace Auto Body after the passenger side of my car was hit. Barry and Frank worked with me to decide what was best for my 12 year old car. They were patient, understanding, honest, and very transparent about the work they could do and what I could expect to pay. They answered all my questions and provided updates about when my car would be ready.nnNeeding to get my car repaired was a very stressful experience but Barry and Frank (and the whole team at Glenville Terrace) were truly a bright spot in an overall bad situation. Plus the car looks absolutely spectacular. I can't recommend this place enough. While I hope I never need body work done on my car again, I'm relieved that I now have a place I can rely on for great work and stellar customer service.
Great people and work
I had to get a new driver's side mirror, which went without a hitch. Where they went above and beyond was cleaning the whole car, inside and out! I wasn't expecting that with this kind of repair, and it helped lessen the blow of needing a new mirror. The total repair cost was also $200 less here than I was quoted at the dealership!
This place is incredible! Barry, the owner, is amazing and down to earth. I am a young woman and am often wary of car shops, but this place is honest and took great care of my car. They were transparent about every aspect and charged an amazing price compared to any competitors. I cannot recommend this place enough. They will be fair and kind to you!
