Beautiful Wedding venue with great staff and food.
It has a cozy restaurant and bar. But if you want to rent it out for large venue, it's also a wonderful place to go. It is clean, large, stunningly beautiful, and so much more to offer with it's large modern facility. Hard to believe how economical it was. Wow. And the staff were very friendly and inviting, what's more the say ? I love it both the bar and restaurant; featuring specialties such as (Burger Night and so much more) The food is great. Getting to the conference center is so easy, just off the rt. 50 west exit of the rt.13/50 bypass makes it so nice not having to fight city traffic. Besides is right next to a major hotel what a wonderful convenience. Recommend it to not just family and friends but to all who like great food and fun at a great price.
Poor customer service. Lady that answers the phone rudely hung up on me because I was driving and she heard kids in the background. It was just the way she did it “RUDE” and unprofessional. I called back she got rude again cussed at me, told me she was the manager and the owner and that she didn’t need my business. Well I surly don’t NEED to pay my hard earn money to someone with that mind set EVERRRR. I’m sure they have lost other business due to her poor customer service not just mine.
