Always able to get a quick car inspection here. No hassles.
Management is impatient and rude and possibly deceitful. Went here for an inspection, and the owner told me I needed to purchase repairs and immediately got aggressive and walked away when I asked him to explain.
This is scammer. DONT ever come here unless you want to be ripped off. They first use their State Inspection privilege to diagnose your state required safety problem, I think this guy using it to take advantage of people who fail the inspection, luring you in lead to expensive repair. This guy will offer you a price lower than de dealer at the beginning, I had a coolant pump problem in my car which the dealer repair price is $380. This thieves offered $250, later on, they will rise to $600, or nothing will be done before you pay them the new fees. This is classic type of ripping off. Stay away from them, I didn’t pay $600, I reported my credit card loss to the bank, thieves will get ShXt. Bye, assh.
Mike did a great job with my Rav4! I had a problem with the exhaust and needed to get the brakes done, and Mike did it all in one business day. His pricing was transparent, and he went the extra mile making sure to change the oil, check the wipers, and even driving my car to reset the computers after the problem with the exhaust was fixed. He checked in with us before making any decisions and explained what was going on. We felt like we were in great hands with Mike.
